Entering its 76th year, Woodlands Power is pleased to announce a strategic restructure of the business into three divisions and key leadership appointments designed to drive growth across all areas of the company, under the continued leadership of CEO, Jack Preece.
A New Divisional Structure
As part of its growth strategy for 2026, Woodlands Power has transitioned to a clear three-division model comprising:Rental DivisionService DivisionProjects DivisionThis new structure provides greater focus and operational strength within each pillar of the business, positioning Woodlands Power for sustained growth and enhanced service delivery.
New Sales Director Appointed
Woodlands Power has welcomed Donovan Ramage as the company’s new Sales Director. With over 20 years’ experience in the power generation industry – leading sales teams and global operations across the UK and South Africa – Donovan brings a wealth of sector expertise to the business. Donovan will lead the sales function across the divisions, supporting the business’s continued growth and strengthening the company’s commitment to delivering reliable power solutions to customers.The business looks forward to the momentum and success his leadership will bring as Woodlands Power continues to expand its market presence with a focus on critical sectors.
Rental Division Expansion
With a founding heritage in offering rental solutions from its inception, the Rental Division is expanding to focus on growing Woodlands’ profile in the rental market. This will support opportunities across new geographies in the UK, and will enable the company to serve diversified markets in the broader power sector. Richard Aldridge is heading up this division as Divisional Rental Manager and is focussed on offering core rental and complimentary services to aid the fleet and geographical expansion plans.
Service Division Strengthened with Key Return
Within the Service Division, Woodlands Power is delighted to announce the return of Jon Warwick, who will take up the role of Divisional Service Manager. Jon will be responsible for building the Service Division as a standalone unit, enhancing fleet performance and optimising both product and personnel resources. In his new role, Jon will work closely with the engineering and support teams in the company’s Evesham headquarters to further strengthen operational excellence.
Projects Division Poised for Growth
The newly established Projects Division begins 2026 with a full pipeline of secured contracts across the Data Centre and Utilities sectors.To lead this growing division, Pete Hutton has been appointed Divisional Projects Manager. Pete’s extensive experience in capital equipment sales and installation makes him ideally suited to guide the division through its next phase of expansion. His appointment will provide dedicated leadership to manage this expanding portfolio of projects.

A facility designed to scale operations and service capability in the United Kingdom The new Cheshire Green facility provides a significantly larger and modern space for warehousing, production support, testing and office operations, consolidating previously separated departments under one roof.
